The intervention, promoted by Finint SGR S.p.A., is part of the broader redevelopment process of the historic center of Rome, contributing to an important piece of the building renewal that the city is undergoing. The real estate complex, located in Via Milano 60 A/B, a few steps from Via Nazionale, is divided into a basement and nine floors above ground, hosting the new NH Collection Hotel. The design paid particular attention to the concept design of the rooms, characterized by a contemporary and elegant style, which harmoniously dialogues with the formal language of the Hotel's common areas.
