As part of the urban transformation of Milano Santa Giulia, one of the most important redevelopment interventions underway in the city of Milan, Recchiengineering took on the role of Project Manager and safety coordinator to support Milano Santa Giulia spa in the development of the Spark district. The district, adjacent to the Milano Rogoredo hub and the new Sky Italia headquarters, involved the construction of two Grade A office buildings (Spark 1 and Spark 2) as well as the relevant urbanization works.
