Recchiengineering acts as project manager and construction manager for the Client, coordinating the design and subsequent execution of the entire intervention. This involves a total renovation of the building, emptying the entire lot, to then proceed with the construction of a residential building that will develop over 6 floors above ground, whose main facade on via Monti will be under heritage protection. In the basement levels, three underground floors will be built for parking.
